Hello My name is Frank Ochoa and I am the Operating Partner for QuickHIT Fitness Labs of Southwest Florida. I have been an athlete my entire life and always focused on staying active and healthy. After suffering a serious back injury playing soccer in my 40’s and undergoing a life altering Spinal Bone Fusion on my L4 and L5 I knew that my gym days were over. I had to find a safe and effective way to exercise, so that’s where QuickHIT came into play. I experienced my first 20 Minute Total Body session in December of 2018. I immediately knew that this was the future of exercise and wanted to be a part of it. My partners Lisa, Tanner and I decided to make Southwest Florida our new home. We have been in business since July of 2019 and have 3 locations serving St Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota. Degree in Sport Management from Missouri Baptist University. Mentorship experience from some of the top facilities in the country, including EXOS Performance, Joe Defranco (CPPS), University of Iowa S&C, & Cressey Sports Performance, shadowing. Experience working with professional athletes to general population weight loss.
Director of Operations: Collin Edwards
Collin is a graduate of University of Tennessee at Martin. While playing division 1 baseball and training growing up, Collin quickly realized the benefits of being in shape on and off the field. Throughout college, he was trained by some of the best strength coaches in the country. After graduating in 2017, Collin went on to utilize his knowledge and continue to working with athletes and general population to better themselves within their health and fitness journey any way possible.
HIT Specialist: Steven Ngeth
Steve is from the Midwest, born and raised in Wisconsin. He has been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years as a personal trainer, semi-private and large group instructor, sports performance coach, and general manager. Steve has brand experience previously with Snap Fitness- Wisconsin, Zone Fitness Clubs – Tampa, Planet Fitness – St Pete, MA-Fitness Kickboxing & Self Defense – St Pete, 9Round Fitness – Tampa Steve is a multi-sport athlete and had a 12 year career playing professionally in semi-pro football, professional arena football and received an NFL Combine invite tryout at the peak of his playing career. Steve studied Exercise Science at the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse and holds certifications with National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM), PES- Performance Enhancement Specialist, CPT-Certified Personal Trainer and High Intensity Training Specialist through HITUNI and Quickhit University.
