Hello My name is Frank Ochoa and I am the Operating Partner for QuickHIT Fitness Labs of Southwest Florida. I have been an athlete my entire life and always focused on staying active and healthy. After suffering a serious back injury playing soccer in my 40’s and undergoing a life altering Spinal Bone Fusion on my L4 and L5 I knew that my gym days were over. I had to find a safe and effective way to exercise, so that’s where QuickHIT came into play. I experienced my first 20 Minute Total Body session in December of 2018. I immediately knew that this was the future of exercise and wanted to be a part of it. My partners Lisa, Tanner and I decided to make Southwest Florida our new home. Collin is a graduate of University of Tennessee at Martin. While playing division 1 baseball and training growing up, Collin quickly realized the benefits of being in shape on and off the field. Throughout college, he was trained by some of the best strength coaches in the country. After graduating in 2017, Collin went on to utilize his knowledge and continue to working with athletes and general population to better themselves within their health and fitness journey any way possible.

High-Intensity Training Specialist: Bret Svites

Bret is a graduate of West Virginia University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with an Emphasis in Aquatic Therapy. Playing sports his whole life, he realized at an early age that exercise is important to his mental and physical health. During school, he worked as a Personal Trainer and taught group fitness classes at WVU’s Student Rec Center. Internships with qualified Exercise Physiologists, Physical Therapists and Personal Trainers helped Bret realize that exercise is a form of medicine. After graduating in 2020, Bret wanted to focus on working with the general population to help spread awareness that exercise can help prevent or improve common chronic diseases.
