HIT Specialist: Karmen Towne
Karmen has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, is certified through the national academy of sports medicine as a personal trainer, and is certified through QuickHIT as a high intensity training specialist. Karmen has a passion for helping others, and has worked with an array of individuals from those coming off hip and knee replacements, battling degenerative diseases such as multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, and cancer, and has helped individuals with weight-loss and muscle gaining goals. It is her goal to help you find success in more than one way, and after discovering QuickHIT, she knew success is what people will find. She looks forward to helping people achieve their goals through these safe and effective workouts.
HIT Specialist: Hudson Piotter
Hudson is a QuickHIT certified trainer in Oshkosh, WI. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in
Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning, is certified through the
national strength and conditioning association as a certified strength and conditioning
specialist. Hudson’s philosophy of training is to coach every rep and know the limits of
his clients. He has been around health and fitness most of his life playing in competitive
sports and personal training. After learning about QuickHIT’s different training style, he
saw how effective it could be for anyone wanting to achieve their fitness goals. Hudson
is a fun and energetic person willing to do whatever it takes to reach his clients goals.
One of the most important things Hudson carries into work every day is that learning
never stops. No matter how experienced you are, there is always something new to be
