What Is the Quick Hit Fitness Lab?

At Quick (High-Intensity Training) HIT Fitness Lab we use super slow high-intensity training (HIT) to bring your muscles to fatigue in only 20 minutes per session. Our science-backed machines ensure that every muscle group in your body gets a workout every time. What is Real-Time Biofeedback?

When you work out at the Quick Hit Fitness Lab on our state-of-the-art machines, your real-time biofeedback will be displayed on the screen. You’ll be able to see how much pressure you’re exerting and will be encouraged to push yourself harder to beat your personal record. Real-time biofeedback allows you to make the most of every workout. 

What is a Body Composition Machine?

Our body composition machine accurately measures your BMI using near-infrared interactance (NIR) technology, a sphygmomanometer, and specific scientific algorithms. Basically, the machine scans your body to assess your body fat percentage, takes your blood pressure, and sends it through some scientific calculations to produce an accurate BMI. This helps you track your progress over time. 

Is High-Intensity Training for weight loss?

Each High-Intensity Training (HIT) workout exercises every muscle group in your body and increases your basal metabolic rate (BSM), which allows you to burn more fat naturally.
